The secret lies in the way it's cooked: homegrown pigs are stuffed with all-natural herbs and spices then slowly (no shortcuts here) roasted on bamboo poles over charcoal.
Zubuchon is flavored with more than 12 herbs and spices. Its skin is punctured all over and sprayed with coconut water, resulting in crispy, brown skin.
